The beauty industry evolves quickly. Many of the most up-to-date techniques and styling methods are taught through private educators because official training packages can take years to update. My curriculum reflects what clients are asking for right now — not what was trending five years ago.

Your Needs

Do you need to be an accredited Lash Tech? The beauty industry (including eyelash extensions) is currently unregulated in Australia.

You do not legally need:

  • An RTO qualification to start your own lash business
  • An RTO certificate to gain insurance
  • A nationally recognised qualification to work in a salon

Most salon owners focus on:

The quality of your educator and the support you receive will impact your success far more than whether the certificate sits on a government framework.

Your Options

You can choose a nationally recognised (RTO) course — or train privately with an active industry professional.

RTO courses follow formal government frameworks. For some, that structure is important — but they don’t always reflect the pace of the real salon environment.

My training is designed around how the industry actually works today.

You’ll learn current techniques, real client standards, and the level of precision expected in a professional setting — not just how to pass an assessment.

Our Qualifications

Will I receive a govenment accreditation? Short answer: No — and here’s why.

To be nationally recognised in Australia, a course must be delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). RTO courses follow government training packages and reporting requirements, which often increases the cost due to compliance and audit obligations.

I’ve intentionally chosen not to operate as an RTO because I want to keep my training accessible, affordable, and focused on real-world, industry-ready skills — not government paperwork.
